On 29th September, after delays due to poor weather, our wonderful volunteer Gemma Ridge completed her skydive for the rescue.
We are delighted to announce that she was able to raise an amazing sum - every penny of which goes towards the operation of our rescue.
Gemma shared her thoughts after the incredible achievement, and we could not thank everyone enough for supporting her all the way.
“Good morning all 😀 I'm happy to tell you we raised £1350 from the skydive for the KBTR! 🤩🐾

The sky’s the limit!
One of our own takes on a challenge of epic proportions…
“Hi all, I'm doing a skydive for the Kerry Blue Rescue. I'm absolutely petrified of heights, so this is going to be a real challenge for me. The jump is scheduled for Sept 19th 2021 and Bruce has asked not to participate! Spoil sport. :-) All donations go to the rescue dogs so please show your support. It will also help me jump knowing I have raised funds for this great cause.”

One of the rescue's brilliant supporters, Stephanie Israel, has handmade and donated these two adorable reversible dog coats to raise funds for the KBTR. We can't thank Stephanie enough for her kindness. They're just adorable.
We are going to hold a silent auction. Please email Emma on firstname.lastname@example.org stating your winning bid and on which coat (Coat 1 or Coat 2) you'd like to bid on.
